Making your training experience efficient and positive is our aim. Yes, assessment will monitor tutor performance and assess student understanding. But there is more to our assessment than just tests. We have found that formative assessment enables students to remember the information presented during the theory part of the training. It would seem that if students if asked to think again during assessment they remember more of the course subject.
To improve efficiency and make the most of the time available we use electronic assessment and dispense with the written format.
