Part of this service involves surface preparation and applying finishing and protective coatings. The coatings are spray applied using compliant spray equipment to maximise transfer efficiency and control coating film thickness.

Richard Cassidy (HSE Lead Brandsafway) needed to ensure their spray equipment operators were fully trained. To do this Richard contacted Mick Warren from Spraytrain.com, Spraytrain.com provide spray equipment operator training for operators using: – airspray, airless, air assisted airless and electrostatic spray equipment. The training course was presented in Glasgow to minimise interruptions in production. The course was part theory with assessment, and part practical with Spraytrain.com’s own publications providing reference books for each student.
