To ensure the production runs without any problems it is necessary to spray apply a special heat resistant mould release coating. Steve Vaughan consultant from Potters – Ballotini Vibraglaz said we needed to apply the coating in a controlled manner as well as keeping the coating in suspension without “settling out”.
Mick Warren from Spraytrain.com was asked to provide a design that would: – Control the coating film thickness, provide instant “on tap” production 24/7 and at the same time prevent the coating “settling out”. Spraytrain.com have a vast experience in spray applications and were able to provide a design that could be purchased locally.
